Ayumio is a personal project I built to solve a challenge I’ve always faced: creating social media content that genuinely connects. Writing hooks, captions, and human-centered messaging never felt natural for me, and scaling that process across platforms made it even harder. Ayumio was my solution—a tool that helps anyone produce meaningful, resonant content with the support of AI.
I needed a system that could:
– store a personal swipe file of social media hooks and captions
– adapt those hooks to any niche using AI
– allow users to log in, create, save, and tag their own content
– stay organized without friction
– integrate seamlessly with any AI tool
– support ongoing content creation for my own brand
Ayumio needed to feel simple, fast, and helpful—something that made the content creation process feel less intimidating and more grounded in human connection.
Built the Ayumio web app using React for the frontend and Firebase for hosting. Firestore handled all database operations, giving users fast, real-time access to their content.
Developed a tagging and organization workflow for storing swipe files, user-generated hooks, and reusable caption templates. Integrated AI prompts so users can adapt any hook or caption to their niche using ChatGPT, Claude, or any preferred AI tool.
Implemented secure authentication through Firebase. Enabled paid access using Stripe, supporting a smooth onboarding and subscription flow.
Used TailwindCSS to create a clean, lightweight interface that keeps the focus on writing, saving, and refining content—not navigating cluttered dashboards.
Applied OWASP best practices during development to strengthen the security posture of the web app.
Built a separate marketing site in WordPress to house the blog and product pages. All blog content on the site was created using Ayumio itself, showcasing the tool’s actual output in a real-world environment.
Leveraged ChatGPT and Claude to speed up coding, improve architecture decisions, and refine UX patterns throughout development.
